Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability. Some remote or rural locations may have limited coverage based on logistics partner constraints.

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation and payment verification
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • Dispatch timelines are communicated clearly at the time of order confirmation

Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–7 working days
  • Delivery time depends on destination, courier partner, and local conditions
  • Timelines are indicative, not guaranteed, and may vary due to external factors

We avoid over-promising delivery dates.

🚛 Shipping Partners & Tracking

  • We use established third-party courier and logistics providers
  • Shipment tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched
  • Tracking information helps customers monitor delivery progress independently

Digital India does not operate its own delivery fleet.

🔄 Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to approval and the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
    • Consumables
    • Customized or special-order products

Return approval is required before sending any item back.

💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction
  • Refund processing begins after returned items are received and inspected
  • Actual credit time depends on banks or payment service providers

💰 Payment Method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not preferred
  • Orders are confirmed and processed after advance payment via bank transfer or UPI
  • Payment terms are communicated clearly before confirmation
