- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation and payment verification
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day
- Dispatch timelines are communicated clearly at the time of order confirmation

- Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–7 working days
- Delivery time depends on destination, courier partner, and local conditions
- Timelines are indicative, not guaranteed, and may vary due to external factors
We avoid over-promising delivery dates.

- We use established third-party courier and logistics providers
- Shipment tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched

🔄 Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to approval and the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included
- Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Consumables
- Customized or special-order products
Return approval is required before sending any item back.

💳 Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction
- Refund processing begins after returned items are received and inspected
- Actual credit time depends on banks or payment service providers
💰 Payment Method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not preferred
- Orders are confirmed and processed after advance payment via bank transfer or UPI
- Payment terms are communicated clearly before confirmation
