1. Delivery Coverage

Digital India delivers products across India, subject to courier serviceability.
Orders can be accepted only for locations where our courier partners operate.

Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time or may not be serviceable in some cases.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation and payment verification
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • Dispatch timelines are indicative and may vary based on product availability and confirmation.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on:

  • Destination location
  • Courier partner
  • Local logistics conditions

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are:

  • Clearly displayed at checkout before payment, or
  • Communicated during order confirmation

There are no hidden shipping charges.

5. Courier & Logistics Partners

We use third-party courier and logistics providers for all deliveries.
Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.

Digital India does not operate its own delivery fleet.

6. Order Tracking

After dispatch, customers receive shipment details that may include:

  • Courier name
  • Tracking number (where available)

Tracking activation depends on the courier and may take 24–48 hours after dispatch.

7. Delays & External Factors

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions

  • Peak-season volumes

In case of significant delays, we will assist with updates and coordination wherever possible.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

Contact us immediately after delivery so we can review and assist.
Customers are advised to retain original packaging until the issue is resolved.

9. Cancellations & Returns

  • Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch
  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted

10. Payment Method

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not preferred.
Orders are processed after advance payment via UPI or bank transfer upon confirmation.

11. International Shipping

Digital India does not offer international shipping.
