Delivery Scope

Digital India supplies and ships products within India only, and only to locations where courier services are available. Orders placed for non-serviceable areas may be delayed or cancelled after confirmation.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return requests must be approved before sending any product back.

⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping instructions and arrangements are shared after return approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged product
  • a defective item
  • an incorrect product

Contact us immediately after delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue appropriately.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Consumables (e.g., thermal paper, ribbons, labels, toner, cartridges)
  • Print heads or installed components
  • Cables, adapters, and small accessories once used
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, customers may:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order after return approval

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed via the same payment method used at checkout
  • Refund processing begins after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refund timelines depend on banks or payment providers

Payment Method

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not preferred.
Orders are confirmed and processed after advance payment via UPI or bank transfer.
